Germany will enter the 2015 IFAF Senior World Championship as the top European team having defeated Austria in a thrilling double-overtime victory in the 2014 European Championship Gold-Medal game. The Germans have experience on their side as the 2015 tournament will be their fourth appearance with two bronze medal finishes in 2003 and 2007. 2011 was a record breaking tournament for the Germans who finished fifth defeating France 21-7.
