The Republic of Korea Senior National Team secured a spot in the 2015 IFAF Senior World Championship with a 69-7 victory against Kuwait on Saturday, April 12 at Mokdong Stadium in Seoul, Korea. Korea American Football Association was officially formed in 1947 and by 2009 the federation featured 37 college and eight club teams. Korea has also competed in 2007 IFAF Senior World Championship where they claimed fifth place defeating France 3-0 in placement game.
